This is a listing of the significant documents that pertain to Global Asset Partners, LLC that I still have in my possession. The majority of other documents were seized by the US Government when they raided my personal residence and the corporate offices of Wildflower Resort on March, 20 2007 and have still not been returned. It is impossible to thoroughly document the project and/or provide an adequate legal response of any sort without these thousands of pages of missing documents.  In addition, documents that relate to current negotiations and similar items are not included here.
